1. Matcha Mango Smoothie Bowl
A smoothie, in a bowl—perfect for adding your favorite toppings like coconut flakes, fresh fruit, granola, and more!
Smoothie ingredients
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 inch ginger, raw root
- 1 inch turmeric, raw root
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/3 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 2 tsp Culinary Grade Matcha
Toppings
- Fresh berries
- Fresh mango
- Fresh kiwi
- Coconut flakes
- Hemp seeds
- Roasted almonds
Matcha Mango Smoothie Bowl preparation instructions
- Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with berries, mango, kiwi, coconut flakes, hemp seeds and roasted almonds.
- Enjoy!
2. Berry Hibiscus Smoothie
Cool off with this fruity, healthy smoothie featuring strawberries and hibiscus tea.
Berry Hibiscus Smoothie ingredients
- 6 frozen strawberries
- 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 4 oz hibiscus tea, brewed and cooled
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1 tbsp agave syrup or more if desired
Berry Hibiscus Smoothie preparation instructions
- Place strawberries, raspberries, banana, hibiscus tea, coconut milk and agave syrup in a blender.
- Process until smooth and serve immediately.
3. Beet and Raspberry Orange Green Tea Smoothie
Not only is this smoothie tasty and good for you, but it’s also a stunning beet-red color! It combines Raspberry Orange green tea with beets, bananas, and raspberries for a fruity concoction that’s packed with flavor.
Beet and Raspberry Orange Green Tea Smoothie ingredients
- 1/3 cup beets, diced
- 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 of a orange, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1/3 cup coconut yogurt
- 4 oz Raspberry Orange Rhapsody green tea, brewed and cooled
Beet and Raspberry Orange Green Tea Smoothie preparation instructions
- Heat 4 oz water until steaming (not boiling). Steep 1 tsp of tea for 2 minutes. Cool down completely.
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.
- Enjoy!
4. Chamomile Pineapple Smoothie
Up your smoothie game with this fruity, floral combination of chamomile and pineapple!
Chamomile Pineapple Smoothie ingredients
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp fresh turmeric, grated (or 1/2 tsp ground turmeric)
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1/4 cup coconut milk, full fat or 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
- 4 oz Egyptian Chamomile herbal tea brewed and cooled
Chamomile Pineapple Smoothie preparation instructions
- Steep one teaspoon of Egyptian Chamomile in 4 oz of boiling water for 5 minutes. Cool completely.
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!
