Shipping policy

We normally process and fulfill orders within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. We use USPS Priority Mail for most orders, although some orders may be shipped using USPS First Class Package, UPS Ground, or UPS Ground Saver.

While USPS Priority Mail packages typically arrive within 3 to 5 business days of the ship date, postal service delays are now common, so we ask that you check your tracking information if you are waiting for a package, and then contact your local post office if it doesn't arrive as expected. If a package isn’t delivered within 2 weeks of the shipping date, we will assist in whatever way we can.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, we will issue a refund minus the cost of shipping.

Unless otherwise specified, we will ship multiple orders addressed to the same address in one box.
