Up your smoothie game with this fruity, floral combination of chamomile and pineapple!

Chamomile Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients

1 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated

1/2 tsp fresh turmeric, grated (or 1/2 tsp ground turmeric)

1 tsp flaxseed
-
1/4 cup coconut milk, full fat or 1/4 cup coconut yogurt

4 oz Egyptian Chamomile herbal tea brewed and cooled
Instructions

Steep one teaspoon of Egyptian Chamomile in 4 oz of boiling water for 5 minutes. Cool completely.

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
