Chamomile Pineapple Smoothie


Up your smoothie game with this fruity, floral combination of chamomile and pineapple!

Chamomile Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 1/2 tsp fresh turmeric, grated (or 1/2 tsp ground turmeric)

  • 1 tsp flaxseed

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk, full fat or 1/4 cup coconut yogurt

  • 4 oz Egyptian Chamomile herbal tea brewed and cooled

Instructions

  1. Steep one teaspoon of Egyptian Chamomile in 4 oz of boiling water for 5 minutes. Cool completely.

  2. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy!
