Hibiscus tea, sometimes known as roselle or red tea, is a tart, cranberry-like herbal tea. Hibiscus tea can be enjoyed on its own, or as an ingredient in other tea blends. Benefits of hibiscus tea include high levels of antioxidants and vitamin C.
