Changes to Our Free Shipping Policy
Like nearly everyone lately, we are seeing cost increases in all aspects of what we do as a small business. We've tried to absorb as many of these increases as we can without raising prices for our customers.
One of the areas where we've faced significant rising costs is shipping. In addition to regular increases in postage, fuel surcharges from shipping carriers are now the norm. In order to keep the prices of our tea as steady as possible for our customers, we're implementing a change in our free shipping threshold. Starting July 1, orders over $69 will ship for free. Customers with orders under $69 will be able to select from paid shipping options including USPS Ground Advantage (formerly First Class Package) and USPS Priority Mail. From now until July 1, you'll still be able to take advantage of the current $59 free shipping threshold.
