This fine stainless steel sifter is from our Tsubame Collection. It is handcrafted in Japan with a traditional tsuchime (hammered) finish. Made by professional craftspeople in Tsubame City in the Niigata Prefecture, each piece is unique.

Sifting removes clumps from matcha powder, which helps create a smoother, creamier froth when whisking.
