How To Brew Spring Fancy
Use 1 level teaspoon per 6 oz. water. Heat water until briskly steaming (not boiling). Steep for 2 minutes. For best taste, do not over steep.
To prepare Spring Fancy, we recommend using a teapot, tea infuser, or tea filter. These brewing methods give the tea leaves enough room to expand as the tea steeps, resulting in a richer, more flavorful cup.
Spring Fancy Caffeine Content
Spring Fancy is low in caffeine.
Spring Fancy Benefits
Green tea boosts energy and helps with focus.
White tea enhances mood and is very low in caffeine.
More About Spring Fancy
Spring Fancy is a blend of two different types of tea. While both green tea and white tea are produced from the camellia sinensis tea plant, they’re processed differently. White tea undergoes minimal oxidation and is left to dry naturally after harvest, resulting in a light, mild tea that’s low in caffeine. Green tea is either steamed or pan-fired immediately after harvest in order to halt oxidation. Green tea has a slightly fuller body and higher caffeine content, with fresh, vegetal, and grassy notes.
In addition to green and white tea, Spring Fancy is also full of flavorful tropical fruits and flower petals. Ingredients like papaya, pineapple, passion fruit, strawberry, and rose petals make for a fruity, floral tea that’s great hot or iced.
