Cups Per Package
This luxury loose leaf tea is carefully packaged by hand in a reusable tin or a resealable kraft bag. Our 2 oz. tin or kraft bag makes approximately 35–40 cups of tea. Our 4 oz. kraft bag makes approximately 70–80 cups.
Ingredients
White tea (Origin: Kenya)
Tasting Notes
Light and bright, with a subtle, mellow sweetness and notes of honey and vanilla.
How to Brew Kenya Silverback
Use 1 heaping teaspoon per 6 oz. water. Heat water until briskly steaming (not boiling). Steep for 3 – 4 minutes. May be infused more than once.
We recommend using a teapot, tea infuser, or tea filter. These brewing methods give the tea leaves enough room to expand as the tea steeps, resulting in a more flavorful cup.
Kenya Silverback Caffeine Content
Kenya Silverback is low in caffeine. Since it is composed of the first leaves and buds of the tea plant harvested in early spring, it's higher in caffeine than some other white teas.
Kenya Silverback Benefits
White tea enhances mood and helps with focus.
