In Morocco, mint green tea is a sign of hospitality and friendship. Our Moroccan Mint blends the finest Chinese gunpowder tea with exceptional quality spearmint. A lively and refreshing tea that's delicious served hot or iced.

Cups Per Package

This loose leaf tea is carefully blended and packaged by hand in a reusable tin or a resealable kraft bag. Our 4 oz. tin or kraft bag makes approximately 35 – 40 cups of tea. Our 8 oz. kraft bag makes approximately 70 – 80 cups.

Chinese green tea, spearmint, natural mint flavors.

Lively and refreshing, with cool, minty notes.

How To Brew Moroccan Mint

Use 1 level teaspoon per 6 oz. water. Heat water until briskly steaming (not boiling). Steep for 1 minute. For best taste, do not over steep.

We recommend using a teapot, tea infuser, or tea filter. These brewing methods give the tea leaves enough room to expand as the tea steeps, resulting in a richer, more flavorful cup.

The tea of relaxation

Are you hurried and harried? Try this exceptional Moroccan Mint Green Tea, and you will drink a cup of relaxation. Before teaching a seminar on William James' lecture, "The Gospel of Relaxation" (1899), I sipped the calming tea while reading this insight from America's greatest philosopher: "I suspect that neither the nature nor the amount of our work is accountable for the frequency and severity of our breakdowns, but that their cause lies rather in those absurd feelings of hurry and having no time, in that breathlessness and tension, that anxiety of feature and that solicitude for results, that lack of inner harmony and ease." Tea, in my experience, facilitates the "inner harmony and ease" that I need when I feel distraught, a word that comes from Latin and literally means "pulled apart." I discovered Artful Tea on a visit to Santa Fe, and now I am a loyal customer because their loose-leaf teas are among the best that I have ever tried.

Love, love, love this tea! The first time I had Moroccan Mint tea was in Marseille France, and I loved it. But this tea from Artful Tea exceeds that tea. I drink green tea first thing in the morning for the health benefits and drinking this tea is my favorite thing to do in the morning!
